UNION LEAGUE CLUB OF CHICAGO

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to change your plans, you must cancel by 3pm one day prior to arrival to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee. The Cancellation/No show fee is equal to one night’s charge inclusive of the surcharge. Online reservations, where applicable, can be canceled online or by contacting our reservation team at 312-427-7800 or 800-443-0578 or clubservices@ulcc.org.
A 20% per night surcharge is applied to non-ULCC members’ guest rooms at check out. Government per diem employees are not subject to the 20% surcharge.
Check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm
A Credit card hold fee of $1.00 will be charged to confirm the reservation (hold will be released within 24 hours).
Dress Code:
At the Union League Club of Chicago, smart casual attire is welcome throughout the club, excluding the 3rd floor, which requires business attire. Athletic attire is permitted through the athletic facilities, guest room to athletics, and on the main lobby floor when entering or exiting the Clubhouse. Athletic wear is not permitted in Cafe One.
Torn jeans, T-shirts, non-dress shorts; sweats (including leggings, warm-ups, and jogging suits) and athletic wear (other than in the fitness and wellness areas), frayed, bleached or torn clothing; exposed undergarments; bare midriffs; or excessively revealing clothing or clothing which, in the judgement of the staff, might be offensive to others are not permitted.

Prohibited:
Alcohol purchased outside the Union League Club of Chicago is prohibited inside the clubhouse and must be checked at the coatroom until departure. Catered food and beverage must be purchased through our catering department. For catering information, email catering@ulcc.org.
The Union League Club of Chicago is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed on Club property including emotional support animals. Service Animals require advanced permission, prior to the check in date. If traveling with a Service Animal, contact the Club prior to arrival.
Parking Options:
Self-Park your car safely and conveniently in the South Loop Garage, located one block south from the Clubhouse. Pricing varies. You may pay for parking at the Front Desk.
